Ken, thought it might be easier to respond here than on Twitter. I do like your wiki of oscial media tools - very helpful - and wondered how you usually classify these many different products. They don't all do the same things - they cover different types of social and traditional media, for example, and they are designed for different use-cases (media measurement, social CRM, brand tracking). Wondered if you had a taxonomy on this?

Thanks - Ian Bruce / Novell

Ken: Trying to determine if I can get someone on as a Future Midwest conference speaker at this late date, or at least on a sub list. Ralph Watson is CEO of a new Ann Arbor video production company that is using a new 3D technology -- better than Avatar -- to produce music videos and feature films, and converting 2d to 3D. Exciting stuff and creating opportunities for cast and crews in SE Michigan.
